Reset Password

If you forgot your password, you can access the password reset page by clicking here or by clicking on “Forgot your password?” at the bottom of the page where you sign in to your Desk360 account.

On the page that pops up, you just need to enter the email address of your Desk360 account and click on the “Send” button. You can then create a new password by following the instructions in the password reset email that will be sent to your email address.

If you haven't received the password reset email:

  • Please check your email spam box. The password reset email may have gone to your spam folder.

  • Wait a while and try again.

  • If you still haven't received the password reset email, you can send a support request to support@desk360.com.
