# Data Import

This guide is designed to help you easily send template messages by uploading your customer number data to the Desk360 Panel.\
The feature allows you to upload customer data once and send messages using this data anytime you want.

#### How It Works?

1. **Go to “Upload Data”**

* Click on the *Upload Data* section in the left menu.

2. **Create New Data**

* Click the *New Data Upload* button in the top-right corner.

3. **Enter a Category Name**

* Provide a name up to 60 characters long (e.g., *“September Campaign List”*).
* You can change this name later.

4. **Add Tags**

* Select tags from your existing list or create new ones.
* There is no limit to the number of tags you can add.

5. **Upload CSV File**

* Upload a CSV file containing phone numbers with country codes.
* After uploading, you can see the number of valid phone numbers.

6. **Save**

* Once you click *Save*, your list will be added to the category table.

#### Category List Screen

For each category, you can see the following details:

* **ID**
* **Category Name**
* **Number of Phone Numbers**
* **Tags** (if there are more than 5, hover to see them all)
* **Manage Button** (Edit / Duplicate)
