Tag Management

Tags allow you to categorize your customers or support requests and facilitate workload sharing between teams. For example, a tag like "technical_issue" can be added for technical problems. With tags, you can filter requests and perform bulk actions. a) Adding a New Tag

You can add a new tag via the Chat Settings or the Chat page.

  • Go to the Tag Management page under Chat Settings and click the Add Tag button.

  • On the Chat page, enter a keyword that is not already in your list and press enter.

Tag Name should be a maximum of 50 characters. Do not use spaces; use "-" or "_" instead.
